Mr. Myers is a Shareholder of Myers & Wilson P.C.   Mr. Myers represents nationally-based creditors, regional banks, and regional vendors in various State Court litigation involving notes, commercial equipment leases, financed security agreements, and revolving lines of credit.  Represent both commercial and residential landlords and regional banks in foreclosures and evictions.  Represent small to mid-sized companies in defense of contract disputes and violations of the deceptive trade practice act.  Mr. Myers is a former intelligence officer with the United States Navy Reserve.  Mr. Myers was formerly a senior associate with Stromberg & Associates P.C. and Shields, Britton & Fraser, P.C.
